New Remix - We composed, played and produced the music/ Lyrics and vocals by Son Little.

The original song by Son Little, particularly his voice, inspired us to dive into influences that have constantly been there for as long as we've been experiencing music. We have always listened to the rock and pop of the 70's and yet, it had never been expressed so openly in one of our creations.

Here we went with old bluesy guitars, some evocation of the Caribbean, tickling latin percussions and more, all hand-played as usual, while a more modern touch has made its own defined space within the song too.

An idea central to our approach is to focus on emulating the soul of precious oldies, brought up in the present without it being a repetition only made of nostalgia. We consider this is among the ways of fulfilling a cultural passing on to each generation responsible of inventing its renewal.
